plenty of flail, plenty of fail

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT FANDOM DAY TODAY. SHUT UP I'M GONNA TELL YOU ABOUT IT

1. I was persuaded to sign up for beastattack's Mini Bang, and spent quite a bit of the morning watching B2ST videos, and enjoyed them thoroughly. I think I give the impression that I don't know anything about B2ST but I actually sorta do. I mean, I've followed their music from the very beginning -- actually I think Beast is the B2ST is my favourite song of theirs haha -- and know all the member's names and I love Doojoon by default because of his One Day connections and also because of his stupid face and I ADORE Yoseob hardcore and I've even pimped B2ST to my friend who I got into Arashi so YOU KNOW I'M SERIOUS ABOUT THEM. I just. Never watched any of their videos or anything so I don't know them, you know? So I was a bit wary about signing up for the Mini Bang because chances are my fic is going to suck but WHATEVER WHATEVER WHATEVER I LOVE B2ST, u all can deal w it

2. Mark Gatiss is a really, really, really awesome person. Martin Freeman is a really, really, really awesome person. anarmydoctor is a really, really fantastic tumblr. Sherlock is an overwhelmingly amazing show with an even more overwhelmingly amazing fandom.

3. I wrote a short fic on the Sherlock BBC anon meme a few days ago when I was suffering from writer's block for my Arashi Japan fundraiser requests, and I fucking flipped my shit about thirty minutes ago when I went on this Sherlock fic rec tumblr and found that I got rec'd. (Don't know how many of you guys on my f-list read Sherlock fic, but if you're interested, my fill is here! PS. The tumblr in question is this one.) I was seriously freaking out because Sherlock has SO MANY talented authors and epic fics so to be sort of ...acknowledged, I guess, as being part of that, even a little bit, is just -- fjadklfjf;fjdafja;vjvjasf;f T____________T sob

4. Finally, finally seem to have made it to the downhill slide of blufox_o7's Arashi fic. Still quite a bit to write, but everything is plotted out (I use that term loosely) now, and it's just a matter of following through. I'm over 20,000 words atm. :| That is a lot of words but that was also part of the request so again I humbly ask you all to d-d-d-deal wi' it.

5. Good mood translates into productivity; wanted to make a 2PM comic but instead this vomit came out. God, I'm sorry everyone.



Also, in real life related news, things are suddenly looking up! I should make another post about this soon, but right now I just want to bask in the joys of fandom. AAAHHHHHHHH~~
