That's a great tip! I was thinking of the splatter guard but I have issues with those because you still need to lift up the thing to flip the meat, right? That's when I get splashed. I didn't know that adding a lot of oil will keep splattering to a minimum though. You are like an encyclopedia of life pro tips! Thanks!!
